"The Sled" Tray mounted sled

The SLED is a big, sliding flat platform with plenty of tie-down points — perfect for making your gear more accessible and saving your knees from that painful tailgate liner.

The SLED can be added to almost any of our drawer systems or mounted directly to the floor of your Ute, Van, or Wagon. It can also be easily modified in width and length to suit your exact needs.

Sizes are easily customised to suit your exact requirements. Floor mounted or mounted to the top of our drawer systems (or third party systems).

Widths are easily customised from the 1215mm max platform width to suit your Ute, Van or Wagon

For Utes:  

• Most SLEDs base-mounted in Utes fit between the wheel arches at 1050–1080mm W
• Next Gen Ranger + Raptor, VW Amarok and BYD Shark 6 can accomodate wider SLEDs, up to 1180mm W

Materials & Construction:

• 227kg-rated heavy-duty runners
• Frame & brackets: CNC-cut 3mm aluminium, powder-coated in durable ‘Mannex’ black
• Base: 16mm PPHC plastic, water-resistant, extremely hard-wearing, and easy to clean

Overall height:

• Just 90mm from floor to platform surface (including mounting beams)

All mounting hardware is included for installation.
