No Compromises.
It's the ethos we brought to the development of our Mid-Pipe upgrade which began 12 months ago. That mindset led to us designing a totally modular, complete turbo to exhaust tip solution.
Our modular exhaust system means we have tiered solutions for sound, performance or both. Meticulous state of the art scanning of the OEM components & vehicle ensures that each section of our exhaust is compatible with its OEM counterparts.
4 inch resonator delete exhaust tips
This kit comes as a weld on item through the convenience of stainless steel v-band clamp sets. It is 4 inch stainless steel in construction, mandrel bent and purge welded for strength and durability, and powdercoated matte black to compliment the aggressive styling of the Ranger Raptor.
The factory mounts are utilised to ensure there is no reduction is reliability. It also comes with comprehensive fitting instructions which show exactly where to cut, place and re-weld the new exhaust tips. And because we’ve utilised v-bands for the joins the powdercoat won’t be compromised in the process. Simply find yourself a mate with a welder or a local exhaust shop to get these fitted and improve the look and note of your Next Gen Raptor!

Mid & X Pipe
Firstly, we have moved the equalisation of the exhaust banks pre muffler via the X pipe. This creates both a scavenging effect (see our YouTube for explaination) and allows our muffler assembly to work more effectively.
After months of testing several muffler configurations, we quickly realised an off the shelf solution was not going to be suitable. After a lengthy design & testing phase we are proud to debut our twin, custom muffler assembly, consisting of integrated 2 stage resonators utilising both reflective and absorption techniques to isolate and cancel out unwanted resonance. This was done by taking sound recordings, isolating problem wave behaviours and tuning the reflective chamber size to be most effective.
The paired unit actually sits higher than the factory mid pipe assembly, allowing for more ground clearance. Completely remanufactured & OEM improved valves have been moved to the top of the unit, further shielding them from them from environmental impact whilst still utilising the factory stepper motors & loom.
It is a twin 2.5inch input, 2.5inch output, however each muffler body has its own 'always open' pipe, measuring 1.5inch.
What we have been able to achieve is a significantly more effective mode result. Meaning quiet mode is quieter but still allowing Baja mode to flow better, with a more refined sound. Dyno testing is viewable in our Youtube episode.
Because we have added a considerable amount of absorption & reflective resonance cancelling compared to the factory unit, we were aiming to see no decrease in power. However, with just the X & mid pipe, paired with our 4inch exhaust tips, we actually saw a small increase in power.
Construction: New Zealand 304 stainless steel, purge welded in jig to ensure mm accuracy & consistency. 3D modelled, CNC machined valves for OEM calibration, constructed with 316 stainless. Completely Australian made & manufactured.
Turbos to Tips
No compromises. The biggest choke point on the OEM system is the restrictive dump pipes, these unlock significant power and are a commonly available item for the Raptor. However it's common for most on the market to throw a Check Engine Light due to the compatibility and quality of the catalytic converters used.
Let's start from the top. The factory turbo flange has been 3d scanned and replicated due to the unique factory ball style flange. Dump size has been increased by .5 of an inch to 3inch, into our top of the range EURO6 catalytic converters.
These are the largest body Catalytic converters we are able to fit, and ensure the most amount of flow possible, whilst still retaining OEM parameters ensuring NO check engine lights. Tested for thousands of km's, we stand by this, and know that these are forward compatible for future emissions updates.
Moving out from the catalytic converters, we have utilised directional Race Flex bellow rather than the traditional and OEM used, braided bellow. Braided bellows are susceptible to breaking down over time, especially with the introduction of foreign bodies found off sealed roads. No risk of salt water or sand being retained or embedded in the system.

We used a factory ECU vehicle and saw a maximum gain of 28.4hp over 3 consecutive runs. This comes with a massive caveat that other options on the market sometimes omit. larger, repeatable gains are absolutely there to be made with an aftermarket tune, however, this may have implications on your factory warranty, so please contact your local dealer for guidance if you have concerns.
