PO BOXES: Please we aware due to the size of most of our items, we are unable to ship snorkels and airboxes to PO Boxes. 

Customers are responsible for providing a business or home address which the package can be delivered. If an incorrect address is provided resulting in missed or re delivery or return of the product the customer is liable for any extra shipping and handling charges.

If you are concerned an item has been lost in transit, please then contact us so we can lodge an insurance claim. Please only do this once you have checked the tracking number. 

All our items are covered by insurance, so if anything is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so we can begin the insurance claim.
