2. Customs, Duties, and Tariff Taxes

Shipments destined for the United States may be subject to U.S. Customs Tariff Taxes, duties, and import fees as determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees quoted at checkout, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The buyer/recipient is solely responsible for payment of all applicable customs duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, and related government charges upon importation.
3. Responsibility for Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all U.S. import laws, restrictions, and regulations.

Refusal to pay applicable customs tariffs and taxes may result in the package being held, returned, or abandoned. In such cases, the seller is not liable for refunds of shipping costs, product costs, or any additional charges.
4. Calculation of Tariff Taxes

Tariff rates are assessed based on the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) and determined by CBP at the time of entry.

These amounts vary by product type, material composition, and declared value.

The seller cannot guarantee or predetermine the exact amount of customs charges before shipment.
5. Brokerage and Handling Fees

If applicable, courier services (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS) may assess additional brokerage or handling fees for processing customs clearance.

7. Returns Due to Customs Issues

If a shipment is returned to the seller due to non-payment of customs tariff taxes, incorrect documentation, or refusal of delivery, the seller reserves the right to:

Deduct any return shipping costs, customs charges, and restocking fees from any refund, if eligible.

Withhold refunds if the product is not returned in sellable condition.
