Next Gen Raptor Twin Intake Alloy Airbox:
Our new Next Gen Raptor Twin Intake airbox is made from aluminium, pressed, folded then tig welded in house to a high standard. They are then acid stripped, primed and powdercoated in a highly durable mannex black ensuring the longevity of the finish of the airbox. We have developed and CNC milled as per factory the mounting studs and the intake air temp boss giving factory strength and fitup. What we have found after our dyno testing is gains of up to 8HP at the wheels on a car fitted with 35 Inch tires with no changes at to fuelling or economy. Our Twin Filter airbox has 2.5 times more filtered surface area over the factory paper filter utilising the Australian made Unifilter, allowing for longer maintenance intervals and complete serviceability. As there is no air flow meter on the Next Gen Raptor we weren’t able to measure flow difference between the factory and fabulous airboxes, however we found the horsepower gain provided some reference as to the greater efficiency of our airbox. The airbox is fully sealed using a lasercut rubber gasket, lid and pressure plate with drainage being controlled by the ball valve located in the lowest point of the airbox sump. Our airbox provides a high visual impact to any engine bay as well as knowing your airbox is fully sealed and fabricated to a high quality here in Australia.
Next Gen Ranger Alloy Airbox:
Our new Next Gen Ranger airbox is made from aluminium, pressed, folded then tig welded in house to a high standard. We have developed and CNC milled as per factory the air flow meter housing, mounting studs and the intake air temp boss giving factory strength and fit up. What we have found after our dyno testing is a higher flow reading across the air flow meter with our airbox with a factory horsepower reading and fuelling. This has proven the decrease in flow restriction due to the design and filtration used. Our airbox has nearly double the filtered surface area over the factory paper filter utilising the Australian made Unifilter, allowing for longer maintenance intervals and complete serviceability. The airbox is fully sealed using a laser cut rubber gasket, lid and pressure plate with drainage being controlled by the ball valve located in the lowest point of the airbox sump. Our airbox provides a high visual impact to any engine bay as well as knowing your airbox is fully sealed and fabricated to a high quality here in Australia.
